About Mr Ivory Entertainment

Mr Ivory Entertainment was established in 1995 to provide high quality MC’s for functions and venue promotions throughout Sydney. The company has steadily grown over the past decade to now offer a team of professional MC’s, DJ’s and Karaoke hosts, along with event management services for corporate and private functions, promotions and public events.

Mr Ivory Entertainment is the brainchild of DJ Kirk, a professional MC and DJ with more than twenty years experience. After recognising that many companies preferred to focus on offering a large number of entertainers, putting quality second, he was driven to develop a company where the professionalism and experience of the performers was paramount. And so Mr Ivory Entertainment was born.

The team at Mr Ivory Entertainment consists of a variety of skilled entertainers and speakers each with the ability and commitment to make your event a success. Each member of our team has performed at a variety of events and has specialised experience in their field. We are proud to say that we have worked both nationally and internationally, including performances at many of Sydney’s paramount venues.

About Our Team

DJ Kirk
Kirk began spinning house tracks in his hometown Chicago more than 20 years ago and has worked as a DJ and MC ever since. Since relocating to Australia, Kirk has brought his passion and enthusiasm for great events to nightclubs, casinos, private functions and residencies at some of Sydneys major clubs.
Possessing an extensive music knowledge, Kirks performances are skillful and intuitive ensuring guests at each function he attends never go home disappointed. Kirks dedication to creating memorable events has also seen him study event management and marketing to improve the services he offers his valuable clients.

DJ Bryon
Bryon is a versatile and experienced member of the Mr Ivory team. Having worked professionally as DJ, Event Host and Karaoke Compere his skills and experience are a welcome addition to both private and corporate events. As with all of the Mr Ivory team, Bryons shows are tailored to you and your guests. His playlist includes all of the latest tunes, surging rock classics, dance floor filling disco favourites and all those great songs you just have to sing along to. With Bryon at the controls, you can be assured your event is in great hands.

Steve Carfino
Steve Carfino is an experienced presenter, host and commentator. Currently working in television, he is a confident and experienced host.
Steve relocated to Australia in 1986 after playing basketball in the US for three years with the University of Iowa Hawkeyes and being drafted by the Boston Celtics. Arriving in Australia he joined the NBL, playing for both the Hobart Devils and the Sydney Kings, before a back injury cut short his career in 1991. It was then he turned his talents to television becoming the national face of all NBL action.
Steve's presenting career includes providing expert NBL commentary alongside Andrew Gaze, and hosting tv programs such as Fox Sports Central, The Afternoon Rush and NBL Wrap. He was also recently inducted into the prestigious NBL Hall Of Fame, making him one of only 16 players to be included in the NBL's 27 year history.

DJ Mista Killa
Mista Killa has been DJing for nearly 15 years and possesses an amazing knowledge of music. Beginning his professional career in Sydney clubs, Mista Killa has his own distinctive and versatile performance style incorporating a wide range of styles and genres. With a collection boasting more than 7000 records, ranging from hip hop to rock, every set he performs is unique and suited to the audience he performs for.
Mista Killa’s experience encompasses performances throughout Sydney and Melbourne, including being invited to be resident DJ at the exclusive Sydney 2000 Olympics nightclub playing to the athletes during the games.

DJ Michael A.K.A. The Italian Stallion
DJ Michael is a welcome addition to any event with a knowledge of musicology that far surpasses his years. Clients, and guests alike, will be amazed with his extensive music library which includes all of the dancefloor fillers from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, along with all of the latest Top 40, hip hop and smooth r’n’b tracks.

DJ Rams AKA DJ Tee
DJ Rams has been professionally DJing for nearly a decade in clubs and functions throughout Sydney. He claims to not have a style of music he doesn’t like, which is evident in his extensive music library filled with an eclectic collection of tracks.
While he may like all styles of music, he is passionate about the music he grew up with and loves mixing retro tunes with todays Top 40, R’n’B and Hip Hop.

Our Equipment

Mr Ivory Entertainment uses only the latest equipment to ensure that your next event is a success. Suitable for intimate gatherings to crowds of 800 and more, our state of the art equipment will get all of your guests dancing the night away. Also included with all of our bookings are professional Smoke and Bubble Machines along with high tech lighting and laser displays.

A compact package is also available for smaller gatherings and harbour cruises where space is limited. Without compromising on quality our compact package includes King 300W powered speakers on stands along with sensational lighting and effects. Your modest party will be the big topic of conversation for some time to come!
